TREATMENT PROCESS

This is my current treatment process for patients with calluses. 

• 1st Visit - Evaluate your condition, review x-rays, and perform a walking evaluation and shoe evaluation to determine the cause of your condition. Start working to reduce pain and friction with shoe inserts, shoe changes and padding. Start using pumice and topical urea cream. 
• 2nd Visit - Will evaluate the initial treatments and if recurrence will consider orthotics.
