This is a free course that is a combination of helpful books, videos, resources, and product recommendations. 

It is also a work in progress and to help you better I may add, delete, or alter information or videos based on your feedback.

This is the best place to start to get rid of your plantar fasciitis. If you have already read this book or prefer videos then please go to the next section.

QUICKSTART GUIDE 

  1. Watch Video 1 as an overview of plantar fasciitis.
  2. Daily rituals should include stretching or foam rolling (10 minutes 2x a day), icing or contrast baths (10 minutes 2x a day), anti-inflammatory for 2 weeks at a therapeutic dose, supportive shoes, Oofos sandals in the house, avoid barefoot.
  3. If you have not improved over 2-3 weeks or pain is making you limp seek professional assistance.
