- Watch Video 1 as an overview of Achilles Tendonitis.
- Daily rituals should include stretching or foam rolling (10 minutes 2x a day), icing or contrast baths (10 minutes 2x a day), anti-inflammatory for 2 weeks at a therapeutic dose, supportive shoes, Oofos sandals in the house, avoid barefoot.
- If you have not improved over 2-3 weeks or pain is making you limp seek professional assistance.
