For those who love to dance, their biggest assets are their feet and ankles.  To achieve their peak performance, the feet and ankles must be strengthened.  A few basic exercises can make a big difference.  For example, sit on a chair and lift your right leg slightly so that the foot can dangle in a relaxed position and not touch the floor.  Using your right ankle and foot only, trace the letters of the alphabet in the air, A to Z.  Hold the stretch position for five seconds, and repeat the exercise on your other leg.  By performing exercises such as this, you will build strength in your feet and ankles, which will build strength and stability in your dancing.
